Refund Policy

Membership (Standard and Pro)

There are no refunds on membership payments. You can cancel any time from the subscription portal, and you keep access through the end of the paid month.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You won't be charged again unless you rejoin.

Cancelling your entry

Cancel from the race page until registration closes for a full refund of the entry fee and any medal add-on. After registration closes, entries can't be refunded.

If a race is cancelled

If a host or Outlet 52 cancels a race, every athlete is refunded in full automatically and notified.

Medals

Refunded registrations cancel any medal order. Physical medals are shipped only after an approved finish.

Events

Retreats and other special events have their own refund policy, which will be published when registration opens.

Timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
